We are passionate about creating great portraits by capturing people as they really are. We encourage families to bring items special to them, such as Bibles, musical instruments, etc. or the family pet (with church permission). We are also happy to take extra portraits of non-members who come with their families. We just ask that you let us know at the time of scheduling. Our experienced photographer works hard to ensure families will treasure their portraits for years to come. During your professional photography session, you will
be photographed using professional quality equipment in a familiar setting, your church. As soon as each family's photography session is complete they can view their images to select the pose for the directory. They will also have the opportunity to purchase additional portraits in a large selection of finishes and borders. A variety of portrait collections and options are available. We at Memories by Scott take pride in our no-pressure sales. Memories by Scott can perform all the services you need to make your directory come to life. We can provide posters for display in the church, cards for mailing, and bulletin inserts to announce picture day. We can call, mail the announcements and reminders, schedule families for their photography session and gather all the information you want in the printed pictorial directory. All we need is a copy of the list of attendees. Or if you prefer your committee can handle the calling and scheduling and serve as host during the photography sessions. In either case we will have computers set up to show members their images immediately, so they can select the desired pose to place in the directory. They will also have the opportunity to purchase prints with several different finishes and also other photography related items. Of course there is no obligation for them to purchase anything from Memories by Scott. All directories can include a customized front and back cover and activity pages with your photographs. Memories by Scott can provide a photograph of your church for the cover.
