Military Service Appreciated Robbie is one of the High School seniors I photographed last year. He graduated from Summerfield High school this spring. And on June 24, 2008 he headed to Fort Knox for Army boot camp. He currently is in specialized training and will soon be going to Alaska for training for a deployment to Afghanistan. We wish him well and pray for God’s protection of Robbie and all service members. Thank you for your service. Robbie ‘08
Family Portraits
Fall is finally here and this is a great time for outside family portraits. I think this is the best time of year for outside photography. Earlier, I had talked about a photo safari at a park. Everyone is so busy now days it would be hard for many of you to set aside time on a specific day. So what I have in mind is to have a month long photo safari at my home studio. I have a fall setting ready to go. It includes bales of straw, pumpkins, gourds, and flowers. And it is pet friendly, so if you have a family member that happens to be an animal, bring them along. The sitting is free to all families whose wedding was photographed by Memories by Scott. Photographs may be purchased at normal prices.

New products and Services The offering of new photography related products continues. Professional photo labs are continually adding new products to their lineup, everything from mugs to jewelry. All the labs I work with are now offering canvas prints. Photographs that are printed on canvas and stretched on a frame. They can be hung on the wall as is, or framed.
